Delivery

Delivery takes between 2-4 business days.

Yes, the courrier will ask for a signature upon delivery!

Returns and exchanges

You can return products within 15 days of purchase. The goods to be returned must be in perfect condition and must not have been opened. They must be wrapped securely using the same packaging in which they were received or in appropriate packaging to ensure that the products will reach us in their original condition.

You can mail the products you wish to return to any of our locations at Nicosia Mall or Kings Avenue Mall or to Beauty Berry Head Offices at 16 John Kennedy, 1087, Nicosia, 4th floor. Alternatively, you can return the items to one of stores at Nicosia Mall or Kings Avenue Mall.

Return shipping costs are charged to the customer. Alternatively, you can physically return the products to any of our locations at Nicosia Mall or Kings Avenue Mall or to Beauty Berry Head Offices at 16 John Kennedy, 1087, Nicosia, 4th floor.

Our website accepts payment from all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Revolut) and Apple Pay.

Please immediately call our Customer Care team at +357 22007900.Please note that you haveone business hour to change your order.We are unable to make any order changes after this time frame has passed. We are not responsible for packages going to an incorrect address.

You may cancel your order via your account (within one business hour).

Here are the steps:

1. Click on your account in the top right corner. If you are logged in, this will display as your name. If you are not logged in, this will display as "Register / Edit Account" and prompt you to log in to your account.

2. Click on "My Order History" under the My Orders Tab

3. Click the "Cancel My Order" button on the right of your order

4. Confirm that you wish to cancel by clicking "Yes, Cancel"

If you’re unable to cancel your order, you can:

  • Contact the carrier once it ships and ask if your order can be returned to us (there is no guarantee that it can be rerouted)
  • Refuse the package at the time of delivery to have your order returned to us and we’ll process a refund within 5-7 business days from the date that your order is received at our warehouse
  • Return your purchase by mail or in store

A L’OCCITANE account will keep a list of your order history, so you can easily reorder any product you love. It allows you to save your method of payment and all shipping addresses for a faster checkout process. Having an account will also give you access to exclusive promotions we offer.

3. You will be redirected to the "My Summary" section of your account. Click on the "My Profile" tab, and then click on the "Account Information" tab

4. Click on the "Edit" button on the right hand side of your information

5. Enter any desired changes to your personal information. For security purposes, you must enter your account password at the bottom before clicking "save" on the right.If you do not enter your password, your changes will not be saved.
