Shipping policy

Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday, except for national holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

After sending, you will receive a message with the details of the shipment and the reports for the follow-up. For more information, you can contact our Customer Service.

The time for shipping is between 2 and 4 business days. In busy periods, such as Christmas, delivery times can increase.

Delivery is carried out by courier, from Monday to Friday (except holidays), usually between 9.00 and 18.00. A signature is required for pickup, so be sure to use a shipping address where there's always someone who can secure the receipt. In case of repeated failed delivery attempts due to the absence of the recipient, the package can be returned to the sender.
