Returns

It is possible to return the purchased ones within 15 days of purchase. The goods to be returned must be in perfect condition and must not have been opened. They must be wrapped securely using the same packaging in which they were received or in appropriate packaging to ensure that the products will reach us in their original condition. Return shipping costs are charged to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages due to inadequate packaging. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or it is suspected to be defective, we will be happy to provide replacements or offer a refund as soon as possible. Once the 15-day period has elapsed, we have the right to refuse the return of any unwanted items.
